Pork skillet steaks with sweet and sour peppers

There is one professional in the kitchen who inspires me really much. Every time I watch him cooking I feel like going into the kitchen and to spend all my day inside. Who is he? Gordon Ramsay - the mad bad guy among the chefs. This recipe is copycat from his Ultimate Cookery Course. It takes not more than 30 minutes to prepare and cook. It's really simple recipe, but the food is so fresh, fragrant and tasty. The meat is so juicy and melting in the mouth.



Ingredients:

2 pork steaks
2  big sweet red peppers
1 yellow onion
2 Tbsp wine vinegar
fresh basil
salt
pepper
1 tsp white sugar
olive oil

Method:

1. Start with the side dish - the peppers. Put olive oil in hot skillet together with the chopped onion and peppers. Season with salt and pepper and add the sugar. When the onion and the peppers become soft and caramelized add the vinegar. Leave on the heat until the vinegar exhale. After take it off the heat and add the chopped basil. Stir well.

2. Preheat another skillet and put little bit olive oil inside. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. When the skillet is hot enough put inside the steaks and cook until they are ready.

3. Your fast dinner is ready. Enjoy!
