Quince and Pear Filled Puff Pastries



Ingredients:

400 grams puff pastry
1 big quince
2 big pears
20 grams butter
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon
6 Tbsp sugar
50 grams chocolate chips

Method:


1. Shred the quince and the pears. Put them in sauce pan with the butter and cook until they become soft. Add the vanilla, cinnamon, chocolate and sugar and mix well.

2. Cut the puff pastry in equal squares. Put from the fruit mixture onto the half of the puff pastry squares. On the other half make some cuts with the knife. Cover the squares with the fruit mixture with those with the holes and press with fork or fingers the edges.

3. Bake in hot oven at 200 C until golden brown.
