And there it is, again this time of the week, when I make your mouth watering. This time will be because of my homemade pizza.
Ingredients:
250 ml warm water
500 grams all purpose flour
1 Tbsp salt
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
tomato puree
oregano
mushrooms
ham
yellow cheese
Method:
1. In a small bowl mix 100 ml from the water with the yeast and leave for 10 - 15 minutes.
2. In another bowl mix well the flour and salt. Add the olive oil, the yeast mixture and the rest of the water and mix until it forms nice soft not sticky ball.
3. Move the dough into clean bowl, cover with plastic wrap and leave to double its size (around one hour). After divide it to 4 balls and leave again to rest and double the size.
4. From each ball form circle with 3 - 4 mm thickness. Put into greased backing dish. Cover with tomato puree, sprinkle some oregano and put some mushrooms, ham and yellow cheese. Preheat the oven and bake at 250 C for about 10 - 15 minutes. Enjoy!
